Children are always welcome; however, aka cannot assume responsibility for the well-being of your child during your visit. Sharp objects and hot tools are in constant use within the salon and the guardian has a duty for all safety. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
If for whatever reason you do need to cancel your appointment, we would greatly appreciate 24 hours’ notice. Our team will then be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do of course understand that unavoidable issues sometimes come up and will always do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged a cancellation fee.
- Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)
- ‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of service amount
For all new clients wishing to book a colour service, please note a 25% deposit is required (if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, the deposit is non-transferable).
Cooling Off Policy
We pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction and allow a 7 day ‘cooling off period’* where if you are not entirely happy with your cut or colour, you can come back in, free of charge and we will do our best to make it right for you (please note after 7 days a charge may be incurred).
